Content Clinic โดย ฟ้าใส พึ่งอุดม ("เรา") ให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บข้อมูลอะไร ใช้อย่างไร และคุณมีสิทธิอะไรบ้าง ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

6. ความปลอดภัย

ข้อมูลทั้งหมดรับส่งผ่าน HTTPS รหัสผ่านถูกเข้ารหัสแบบทางเดียว (scrypt) เซิร์ฟเวอร์จำกัดการเข้าถึงเฉพาะทีมงานที่ได้รับอนุญาต

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งผ่านหน้าเว็บนี้ พร้อมปรับวันที่ "ปรับปรุงล่าสุด" ด้านบน

Appendix: Content Clinic Automation (Meta Platform) — English

Content Clinic Automation ("the App") is a social media management tool operated by Content Clinic. This section describes how we handle data accessed through the Meta Platform APIs.

Data we access: Facebook Page data (posts, comments, reactions, insights), Instagram Business account data (media, comments, insights, profile information), and page management capabilities (publishing posts, replying to comments) — only for accounts that explicitly authorize the App.

How we use it: exclusively to provide the social media management services you authorized — scheduling and publishing posts, generating performance reports, managing comments and engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties.

Storage: access tokens are stored securely on our self-hosted automation server with encrypted credentials. Content and analytics may be stored in our project management system for reporting. Data is retained only for the duration of our service agreement.

Deletion: request deletion any time at the contact above or via our data deletion page; we remove all stored data within 30 days. You can also revoke access via Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
