Content Clinic Automation ("the App") is a social media management tool operated by Content Clinic, a CEO personal branding agency based in Bangkok, Thailand. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect data accessed through the Meta Platform APIs.
When you authorize the App, we may access the following data from your Facebook and Instagram accounts:
Facebook Page data (posts, comments, reactions, insights), Instagram Business account data (media, comments, insights, profile information), and page management capabilities (publishing posts, replying to comments).
We use your data exclusively to provide social media management services including: scheduling and publishing posts to your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, generating performance reports and analytics, managing comments and engagement on your behalf, and optimizing content based on engagement data.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your data is only used to provide the services you have authorized.
Access tokens are stored securely on our self-hosted automation server (n8n) with encrypted credentials. Post content and analytics data may be stored in our project management system (Notion) for reporting purposes. We retain data only for the duration of our service agreement with you.
You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove all stored data associated with your account within 30 days. You can also revoke our app's access at any time through your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
The App integrates with Meta Platform APIs (Facebook and Instagram). Your use of these platforms is governed by Meta's own privacy policy and terms of service. We use Anthropic's Claude AI for content optimization — no personal data is sent to AI services, only content drafts.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted credential storage, access-controlled server infrastructure, and regular security reviews. Access to your data is limited to authorized Content Clinic team members only.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through the App.
